Immigrants from Bangladesh: Rise and Downfall

 Bangladesh is a country in South Asia, which is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. It is the eighth most populous country with more than 160 million people. Bangladesh was one of the main sources of immigration to various parts of the world, including the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. There are millions of Bangladeshis who have migrated to various parts of the world to seek better opportunities and create a better life for themselves and their families. Bangladeshis can be hardworking, dedicated. They had a huge impact on the development of many countries where they moved.

In the United States alone, the Bangladeshi population has grown by more than 300% in the past decade. Many Bangladeshis have immigrated to the United States primarily through family-sponsored migration, diversity visas, and employment-based visas. Most Bangladeshis in the United States live in New York, New Jersey, and California. They work in various professions such as medicine, engineering, education and business. The 4,444 Bangladeshi immigrants in the United States face many challenges, including language barriers, lack of education and cultural differences. However, with determination and hard work, they were able to overcome these difficulties. There are over half a million people of Bangladeshi origin in the UK. They are the second largest ethnic minority in the country after Indians. Most Bangladeshis in the UK live in London, followed by other major cities such as Birmingham, Manchester and Bradford. The Bangladeshi community in the UK is involved in a range of occupations such as nursing, engineering and business.
